Fire Risk Assessment
A Fire Risk Assessment is required for most premises, identifying fire risks and prevention measures.
All properties, except single private dwellings, must have one.

Fire Door Inspections
Under the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022, Responsible Persons must conduct quarterly fire door checks.
This applies to all buildings except single private dwellings.
