Dayzee Potter

Director - TechIOSH AIFSM

Dayzee's 10-year career in Health and Safety has spanned across Healthcare, Leisure, Construction and Childcare environments. Qualified in both NEBOSH and PRINCE2, Dayzee uses her Project Management skills to manage Health and Safety projects from start to finish.

Fire safety is important to Dayzee as an Associate member of the Institute of Fire Safety Managers and a Tier 2 Competent Fire Risk Assessor (CFRAR), and as such offers vital fire risk assessments as part of our services.

Dayzee was also awarded Kent's Business Woman of the Year 2019, and a Finalist in the Kent Business Woman of the year in 2024.

Dr Katy Evans

Consultant

Katy has recently joined the team as a consultant. Following successful completion of her Ph.D in Microbiology and time lecturing at Nottingham University, Katy’s skills have been utilised not only in the laboratory but across the Hospitality and Events industries.

Having led on Health & Safety in previous roles, she has recently completed her NEBOSH Certificate and is passionate about keeping standards high across the board.

Joy Potter

Housing Consultant

Joy's 30-year career in property has afforded her a wealth of knowledge and experience with Health & Safety in residential and commercial property.

Joy is a member of The Property Ombudsman, holds her Certificate in Housing practise with the CIH as well as her Award in Residential Letting and Property Management with the NFOPP as well as completing her Landlord Accreditation every 5 years.
